Music Mondays: Magnolia Cajun Band In-Person
Magnolia has been a favorite in New England since 1989, offering a variety of traditional dancehall style of driving two-steps and smooth waltzes with soulful French vocals---drawing on some of Louisiana’s finest musicians. Some of Magnolia's musical influences include traditional American dance styles, which includes New England, Appalachian, French-Canadian, Cajun and Zydeco.
Magnolia uses a variety of instruments,including the accordion, fiddles, guitar, bass, triangle, and drums. In addition to the toe tapping music, listen for anecdotes and stories about the unique animals and outdoor adventures of the Louisiana Bayou. A fun evening for everyone in the family! Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. In case of rain, the concert will be held indoors in the Fehlow Room.
