Please join the League of Women Voters for The Power of Local Journalism: A Conversation on May 19th at 6pm in the Fehlow Room. This program will provide an in-depth conversation about the power of local journalism to inform and empower communities. Speakers for the event are Barbara Roessner, Founding Editor of the New Bedford Light and Mark Pothier, Editor & CEO of the Plymouth Independent. This discussion will be moderated by Tom Redburn, NYT Economics Editor (Ret.)

This event is open to the public and will begin with a social hour from 6pm-7pm and the discussion portion of the event beginning at 7pm.
