An Evening with Roman Rudnytsky In-Person
Please join us on September 16th at 6:30pm for a night of music with pianist, Roman Rudnytsky! The concert will take place in the Fehlow Room at our main branch! Mr. Rudnytsky's concerts in 2024 have included domestic recitals, concerts on five cruises, and performances on the islands of Guam and Saipan. His 15th New Zealand tour will take place late October-early November. Mr. Rudnytsky is also a frequent peformer at libraries acoss the U.S.!

Roman Rudnytsky is an American concert pianist of Ukrainian background. A graduate of The Juilliard School in New York, he has played concerts in 100 countries and on over 70 cruises of P&O and Cunard ships. He has been soloiat with many orchestras around the world, played in 50 countries through US Embassies as a kind of “cultural ambassador”, and was a prizewinner in ten international and national piano competitions.
Mr. Rudnytsky was a university professor of piano and music—mostly at Youngstown (OH) State University—Dana School of Music, where he got a “Distinguished Professor Award” and, after retirement from there in 2011, was awarded the title “Professor Emeritus”.
